The whole process was great from beginning to end. Chris came exactly as scheduled and cleaned my barbecue. It looks amazing ! I had another service , some “boys” that always post on Instagram clean it last year and they used some harsh cleaner or hard brushes that ruined the grill. Chris was very thorough and informative. I would and have already highly recommend BBQ Butler !
